Photography, videography and livestreaming

Find a wedding photographer

Photos last longer than the day. Agree what you will receive before you pay.

The service

What the service involves

Coverage of the ceremony and the reception, editing, and delivery of photographs. Some vendors also offer video, a highlight film, albums, drone shots or a livestream for relatives who cannot travel.

What people book for a Nigerian wedding

  1. Traditional wedding: the arrival of both families, the introductions, the presentation of gifts, the outfit changes and the dancing.

  2. White wedding: the preparation, the ceremony, the couple portraits and the reception.

  3. Two ceremonies: if your traditional and white weddings are on different dates or in different cities, agree coverage for each one separately.

  4. Livestream: ask about internet access at the venue and who is responsible for the connection.

  4. Is there a second photographer or a videographer?

  5. Who owns the photographs, and can I share them and print them?

  6. What happens if you cannot come on the day?

  7. Is travel included, and are there extra hours if the programme runs late?

  8. For a livestream: what equipment is used, and what if the connection drops?

Planning tips

Planning tips

Share a list of key moments and family groups, and name one person to point them out.

Confirm the delivery date in writing.

Ask to see a full gallery from a similar event, not only a few highlights.

Agree what happens to the unedited files.

Hire with care

Before you pay

Look at the portfolio in the vendor's profile. A Verified badge means identity checks and the profile are complete. It does not guarantee quality. In the app you review the vendor's payment request before you pay.

  • Look at profiles and portfolios
  • Review the payment request before you pay
  • Approve the work before the vendor can request a payout

A profile shows a portfolio of past events and price ranges, so you can compare before you choose.

VerifiedShown here to explain the badge. It means identity checks and a profile completed in the app, not a guarantee of quality.
